At 91����Ƶ Langone Psychiatry Associates, I am dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and groups through psychotherapy, with a particular focus on those experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I am certified in cognitive processing therapy for PTSD and have undergone advanced training in emotionally focused therapy for couples, allowing me to offer specialized and effective treatment approaches.

Therapy is a journey of self-discovery, and my role is to facilitate this journey, especially during life transitions and challenges such as pregnancy, parenthood, career difficulties, illness, and bereavement. I encourage patients to explore their inner worlds with curiosity and openness, nurturing a space where meaningful change can take place if they desire.
