I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in adults. I utilize short-term therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Additionally, I am a certified consultant for prolonged exposure therapy (PE) and a certified provider for cognitive processing therapy (CPT), which are effective treatments for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My approach is designed to help patients manage their lives and meet their individual goals, ultimately empowering them to overcome stressful situations and negative thinking patterns.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to proactive healthcare engagement. I offer individual and group therapy sessions, as well as ADHD evaluations. Beyond direct patient care, I provide consultation to clinicians, organizations, and companies on improving mental health policies and designing training programs. I am also an active contributor to radio, television, news, and print media on topics related to mental health, and I host “The Psychiatry Show” on SiriusXM’s Doctor Radio.

My journey into clinical psychology was driven by a desire to help people navigate their mental health challenges. I pursued my PhD in clinical psychology to gain the expertise needed to make a meaningful impact.
