I’ve always been drawn to work that combines science with meaningful human connection, which is what led me to pursue a career in medicine. This field offers a unique opportunity to support people during some of the most vulnerable and pivotal moments in their lives, while also fostering constant learning and growth. I was particularly motivated by the chance to advocate for patients, improve access to care, and make a tangible difference for individuals and communities.

Specializing as a women’s health/gynecology nurse practitioner allows me to blend my passion for science with my drive to empower patients. I value caring for women across the lifespan, from adolescence through menopause, building long-term relationships to support them through key life transitions. Preventive care and patient education are central to my practice, and I am deeply committed to promoting reproductive health autonomy and addressing healthcare disparities.

My approach to care is rooted in trust and transparency. I start by listening carefully, creating a space where patients feel comfortable sharing their concerns openly, free from judgment. I explain conditions and treatment options clearly, encourage questions, and aim to empower patients in their decision-making process. Meeting patients where they are—culturally, emotionally, and medically—is essential, as is following through with empathy and consistency. By prioritizing communication and advocating for patients, I strive to build meaningful relationships and provide care that is both effective and personalized.

In my practice, I care for women across the lifespan. This includes preventive services like annual exams and screenings, as well as managing conditions such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), abnormal uterine bleeding, dysmenorrhea, endometriosis, menopausal concerns, and abnormal Pap results. I provide counseling, diagnosis, and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, vaginitis, and urinary tract infections, and also offer contraceptive services, including placement of IUDs and implants. Taking the time to align treatment plans with each patient’s health goals and lifestyle is important to me, and I always strive to ensure care is realistic, accessible, and empowering.

For me, medical care is about building trust and meeting patients’ needs with compassion, respect, and shared decision-making. By listening carefully, communicating openly, and prioritizing patient empowerment, I aim to offer care that feels as personal and meaningful as it is effective.
